The Standard We Work To

Custom homes in Henderson's hillside and lakefront communities were finished to a punch-list standard — the discipline of a builder walking every surface against a written spec before handover. Somewhere between handover and the first repaint, that discipline usually disappears, and owners end up hiring crews who treat a lacquered door like a bedroom wall. Our whole company is an answer to that gap. We keep the punch-list standard, but it now runs for your benefit: written scope by area and finish, raking-light inspection of wall work, sprayed finishes actually sprayed, and a final walk where you — not we — decide what's done.

How the Crew Operates in Your Home

  • Discreet by default. Same small crew each day, registered at your gate, working the hours your household and community set.
  • Protection before prep. Floors, art, furnishings, and fixtures covered or moved before any sanding starts, and dust containment on skim work.
  • Orderly every evening. Tools staged, home livable, street clean. A project shouldn't feel like a construction site you sleep in.

One Point of Contact

From walkthrough to punch walk, you deal with one person who knows your project completely — scope, schedule, color decisions, and every open question. If your interior designer is driving the finish spec, we execute it exactly and communicate in their language; if your home was built to a particular builder's punch standard, we'll meet it. But the relationship is direct: we work for the homeowner, and the finish has to satisfy you.

Where We Work

We serve Henderson's luxury communities exclusively: Ascaya, MacDonald Highlands, Anthem Country Club, Seven Hills, Lake Las Vegas's SouthShore, Roma Hills, the Green Valley Ranch estates, and Dragon Ridge. Keeping the territory tight means we know these communities' architecture, light, and review standards from repeat work inside them — and it keeps our crews close enough to show up when we say we will.
